    • Challenge events including: Ultra Marathons, Triathlons and Strength Competitions.

    • CrossFit Events.

    • Anything else that most would consider superhuman.

    • Detailed initial consultation call.

    • Fully bespoke strength and conditioning programme tailored specifically to your goals. (updated weekly)

    • Weekly check-in form with video feedback.

    • Regular communication via messaging.

    • Monthly coaching call.

    • Additional support around competition (in person where possible.)

Semi-Bespoke Programming

  • A regularly updated strength and conditioning programme geared towards functional fitness/ functional bodybuilding.

    • For anyone trying to improve their functional fitness and aesthetics simultaneously.

    • People such as Armed Forces/ Public Services personnel that have physically demanding jobs.

    • Anyone wanting to improve athleticism for a particular sport or adventure challenge.

    • A full strength and conditioning programme where all loading is bespoke to the individual. (updated weekly.)

    • Weekly programming

    • Run through video explaining the week ahead.

    • Regular coach communication. (via message)

Team Training

  • A customisable online coaching service that is bespoke to the needs of a team of people.

  • For team’s of people such as Military/ Public Service Personnel and Sports Teams who require bespoke coaching/programming in order to achieve a common goal.

  • Your team’s customisable package can include:

    • Fitness Assessments.

    • Fully bespoke Strength and Conditioning package delivered at team or individual level.

    • Weekly-check in at individual level or with nominated coach liaison.

    • Group/ individual coaching calls.

    • Additional support for any team members who are falling behind.

    • Additional support around competition (in person where possible.)
